Grace went above and beyond when catastrophe struck. With me living on the west Coast, She immediately took the bull by the horns. She handled all the details steming from a major leak, that required major clean up, mold remediation and reconstruction. Her professionalism and perseverance saved me from having to travel back East to deal with the repair, saving me time I did not have.
