With two decades of real estate experience, Grace Leyhane has guided clients through every type of residential transaction across Long Island. A longtime resident of the Three Village community since 1984, Grace offers unmatched local insight and a genuine passion for helping others find their place to call home.

Grace first became an agent in 2005, inspired by a desire to help her son purchase his first home and stay close to family on Long Island. That meaningful experience sparked a lasting commitment to helping others achieve their homeownership dreams. 

Known for her friendly, energetic approach and strong organizational skills, Grace is a dedicated professional who consistently gives 110% to her clients.  Combining her deep community roots with Howard Hanna Coach’s innovative technology and network, she strives to educate and guide clients through one of life’s most significant transitions with clarity and confidence.

Outside of real estate, Grace is a member of the Three Village Historical Society as well as the Three Village Rotary.  She volunteers at The Reboli Center for Art and History and The Jazz Loft.  She also enjoys traveling, paddleboarding, yoga, and hiking around Long Island, but most of all, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
